Had a fantastic stay at Sunset Villa. We stayed in the Forest House. Beautiful traditional Malay houses and fantastic view of the paddy fields. Managed to catch the sunset too. Super quiet and peaceful stay with lovely hosts. Also super adorable cats and dogs. Would recommend this place to everyone who is looking for a quiet stay away from town.

Our 1st Day gateway aka vacation during eve Day. I always dream to have a vacation in classic Malay traditional house and definitely we came to the right place. We enjoyed our stay very much with many memories and wonderful time that i can’t describe here. I recommend you to come here and feel by yourself. Thanks for lovely Gudron and David for hosting us. Sure will come again and try other units as well.

A stunning location, overlooking paddy fields framed by dramatic and beautiful hills. Full of life, particularly birds like egrets. Utterly tranquil. Kick back and relax far from the madding crowd. The traditional Malay kampung houses keep you surprisingly cool.Situated in the middle of the island, it’s a short drive to anywhere.
