The Garden House is set in a beautiful lush, green garden at Sunset Valley over-looking the swimming pool and the rice-paddies with the ancient Gunung Matchincang range in the background. The house features a stunning, spacious step-down veranda with tables and chairs giving a fabulous view of the spectacular sunsets witnessed at Sunset Valley every day!A modern bathroom with hot shower and two basins was added to the original house as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a two burner stove, a large refrigerator, a micro-wave and other modern appliances. Cutlery, crockery, beach towels, bath towels and linen are all included.
The Garden House is located next to the swimming pool and has a stunning view into the rice paddies from its beautiful and comfortable veranda.This house is well positioned to make the most of the climate and with its high ceilings, ceiling fans and adequate traditional timber-louvered ventilation, remains relatively cool. As with all of our beautiful houses, air-conditioning is available as an optional extra but is very rarely needed.
This gorgeous authentic Malay house has justifiably proven to be on one of the most popular at Sunset Valley. The house is perfect for a couple or a family with 1 or 2 children.
RATE PER NIGHT is in Malaysian Ringgit and includes 10% service charge. In Peak Season, a minimum 3 night stay and Surcharge will apply.

Had a wonderful stay with my wife and two kids. The kids especially loved the pool. Peaceful surrounding, a great place to relax and chill. Recommend to bring insect repellents for night time.
One of the nicest Air B&B experiences I've ever had. What a majestic place they have that the photos do not provide justice. Cannot wait to stay here again!
The place was as shown in the pictures, lots of wood, nature and lots of animals. Just a little paradise. There was nothing missing from the equipment. The small shop offered on a trust basis helps for the start time if you want to settle in first. There is bread, eggs, butter, jam, drinks etc. In the pool, you have a view of the mountain and the rice fields in front. You should be mobile, you can't reach anything on foot. We always used grave, which was very easy and fast with the app, as the island is not very big. Gudrun has responded to all questions, organizes excursions and massage if needed.
Very enjoyable stay with outstandingly helpful hosts. All went like clockwork with excellent attention to detail. Peaceful surroundings with easy access to all parts of Langkawi in the rental car that the hosts arranged seamlessly. Many thanks Gudrun and David
Comfortable wooden houses, well kept area. Everything is feels accessible with small shop on the property, laundry and services provided by the host. Very helpful owner.
We were there 4, 2 adults and 2 kids and it was perfect. The tranquility, the unbeatable surroundings, the decoration of both the great house and the garden and with great taste. The house is very well equipped both the kitchen and the level of facilities, hot water, bathroom, fans and air conditioning (although we did not lack). We really enjoyed the pool and deck. It offers a great laundry service, we were returned super clean and well folded clothes; and also mini market service with the most essential in the same establishment.
