Air-conditioning is installed and is available as an optional extra charge, but is rarely required because the strategically placed ceiling and wall fans provide adequate air-circulation which together with the clever design creates a very comfortable environment.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas cook-top, refrigerator and many other modern appliances. Cutlery, crockery, beach and bath towels, and linen are all supplied. The view from the huge veranda with two very comfortable lounges and a table and chairs, gives you a magnificent panorama over the property to the paddy fields beyond.
