The beautiful swimming pool at Sunset Valley with the view into the rice fields. The pavilion is a perfect place to chill or have a BBQ.
There are delightful common areas for total relaxation including a stunning fully-tiled swimming-pool. This beautiful pool affords sensational views and plenty of room for sun-bathing on the surrounding slate-paving. Wooden sun-beds and mattresses together with a large sun-umbrella and a teak table and chairs make this a perfect spot to relax. Adjacent to the pool is a lovely pavilion with a comfortable lounge suite, a stereo amplifier with a USB connection for your I-Pod or MP3 music, free WiFi, a BBQ area with inbuilt kitchen facilities and a bar frig. A great place for mingling and enjoying an al fresco meal and watching the sun-sets.
We also have a sheltered breakfast area under the main LAND HOUSE, a professional kitchen area and a small provision shop for your convenience can also be found there.

We recommend that you hire a motor-vehicle or motor-cycle for at least part of your stay to ensure your ease of movement to explore the many wonderful attractions on this beautiful island. We will be very happy to organize the desired vehicle for you, if you wish. There are many fascinating attractions and hundreds of fabulous restaurants in Langkawi and we are at your service to discuss your needs, then recommend and/or book suitable outstanding activities to make your vacation truly memorable.

Please note that fresh towels will be provided every two to three days. In addition fresh linen and house cleaning will be provided once a week if your stay exceeds seven days.
A large garbage bin can be found outside each house and these will be emptied by us usually every other day. Please empty the contents of your bathroom and kitchen-tidy bins into the main garbage bin frequently. Small bin liners are provided in all houses (under the kitchen sink).
